Refund policy

Every Rustic Timber and Gifts sign is custom made to order with your wording, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. Please double-check your spelling, dates and details before ordering. We carve exactly what you provide.

If your order arrives damaged or we made an error, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@rustictimberandgifts.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll repair, remake or refund it at no cost to you.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund until carving begins. Non-personalized items may be returned unused within 14 days of delivery; the buyer pays return shipping.
